Western WI is one of the most beautiful areas in which to live and work. Those of us who are a part of the Home Staging industry are truly blessed with our ASP® Staged Home training and accreditation. We look forward to expanding our area businesses by working together with the Real Estate Community and individual homeowners to maximize the value of each and every house we Stage®.
After finishing World Wide Staging Service Week in early September the Western WI IAHSP Regional Chapter decided to choose a local project for 2009.
In 2008 we donated over $30,000 in goods and services to the Upper Midwest Ronald McDonald House located in Minneapolis. We created original art work that was used in a playroom, sunroom and laundry area. Walls and ceilings were painted, some were vaulted, pushing us beyond our comfort levels. Furniture was placed to create comfortable areas for the patients and their families.
Working at Ronald McDonald House was a wonderful and rewarding experience, we are looking forward to picking next years project and would welcome suggestions.
